Advanced Technical Family Violence training day

The full day training day will bring experts of different fields together looking at some of the technical aspects of family violence matters and participate at a Q&A panel answering your questions.
Experienced lawyers from Consumer Action Law Centre (CALC) will explore the intersection between financial abuse and various legal matters, using case studies drawn from the CALC experience. The focus will be on issue-spotting and practical solutions. We will cover a cross-section of areas of practice, including lending and consumer law.
Jobwatch and their team will be spotting employment issues and point out employment law protections that are in place for Victims of Family Violence.
